In general Kilroy's brand is seen as a travel agency for students and people under age 25. The company specialised in student-and group travel. Due to this fact their most important customers are schools, corporations and and sportclubs. Company is owned by international Kilroy Tavels- company and HYY-corporation (Student union of the Helsinki Univercity) is the "biggest" owner with 56,6%.

Kilroy travel makes travelling easy for their customer. They organize both tickets and hotel for their customers. Also visas, insurances and car rental can handled through Kilroy.

Kilroy has also several packages for their customers (e.g.flyingpassports for young people (under 26) and for students (under 29/33). As the company offers fair prices especially for students it is mainly used by them. Everyone who has the international ISIC/YTC/Euro26 studentcard will get these reductions.

For public the company has given the image of being laidback and "cool" travelling agency. They want to show people that travelling IS fun and you shouldn't stress too much about it.
